Operation Walk Ireland
Our own Tricia travelled to Hanoi, Vietnam as part of the first Irish and European mission of Operation Walk Ireland in 2017. The group of about 60 volunteers including physiotherapists, orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, anaesthetists, medical doctors and admin staff made the long journey to Military Hospital 108 in Hanoi on 29th April 2017 where they stayed for the week performing total hip and knee replacements.
She returned to Hanoi again in 2018 and 2019, working as lead physiotherapist in 2019. It was an incredibly rewarding experience that would not have been possible without your support.

If you want more info on the charity or if you'd like to make a donation you can visit the girls' charity page here. Thanks again for all your support, it was much appreciated!
