Burn & Tone

Body Sculpt is a mixture of cardio and strengthening that will target all areas of your body! Get your heart rate up while incorporating weights for a total body workout.

Tomas will be taking the class every Thursday at 7:30pm. This class is €50 upfront payment for 8 weeks

Pilates

Modified pilates is a series of exercises in various different body positions which have been adapted by physiotherapists to make them more suitable for patients with back and neck pain, and those recovering from injury. Evidence supports the use of the pilates method in the prevention and rehabilitation of back injuries. By retraining the deep abdominal and spinal muscles, pilates can help to prevent the recurrence of back pain in combination with correct back care and advice, and gentle aerobic activity.

Technique is everything in modified Pilates and our chartered physiotherapist Tricia will be on hand to ensure your movement is correct. If you're new to pilates, there's the option of a pre-assessment where deep core activation will be explained in detail and your specific weaknesses will be identified. The pilates classes are mixed ability but don't worry if you're a beginner! We take things nice and slow before cranking up each exercise.

This class is pay up front €40 for 6 weeks 


Pilates for Runners / Sports

Pilates for Runners is a new course with a strong evidence base behind it. Our chartered physiotherapist Tricia trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She is now bringing this method of pilates which is very much physiotherapy and rehab based, to a new level aimed at high level rehab and return to sport exercise.

This class incorporates strength, movement correction and flexibility and is perfect for those who want to add a stretching and toning component to their training that specifically targets typically injured areas in running and various sports.

Tricia will take this 40 minute class every Wednesday at 6:30pm. It's pay up front €30 for 6 weeks


TRX

Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX® Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. It uses both gravity and your bodyweight to test your fitness through a variety of exercises.

TRX® is used in the clinic to improve your rehab along with classes. It is only 4 per class to allow for detailed instruction from our coaches therefore pre-booking is essential. Please contact Tomas on 0877424391 if you and your friends are interested!

Mobility

Looking to improve your movement and end range strength? You should try our mobility class! This class will aim to increase your joint movement throughout the whole body. It may not look hard but you're definitely going to find it difficult! In a world of sitting at computers and driving for 10+ hours a day, you should really treat yourself to the movement your joints deserve.

Slider

A new addition to our fitness classes! Slider involves the use of slide pads to really challenge your core. If you thought TRX was tough, it's got nothing on Slider!! Check out our video below of Tomas and see if it's for you!

Youth Strength and Conditioning

Our Youth Strength and Conditioning class is for teenagers aged from 14 to 17. The class aims to give teens a grounding in strength and conditioning, ensuring their form and technique is correct with various strengthening exercises.

In the ever competitive world of sport, this class is a must to ensure your teen is performing to the best of their ability in a safe way. This class will be supervised by 2 PhysioElite team members, meaning your child will be taught by strength and conditioning coaches and a chartered physiotherapist AT ALL TIMES!

Private Bookings
